Refund policy

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

  • Panties cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but bras can be exchanged if incorrect or damaged.
  • No returns on sale items or from pop-up stores.

Exchanges:

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping cost when exchanging a bra for a different size. This includes getting the item back to us and the cost for shipping the new size to you.
  • Evryday Lingerie Responsibility: We cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty or defective. This includes both getting the item back to us and shipping the replacement to you.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Contact us if it takes more than 15 business days after approval.

Gift Voucher Policy

  • Evryday Lingerie gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers can be used toward any product available on our online store.

  • If the total of your purchase exceeds the value of your voucher, the balance can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods.

  • If your purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay available on the voucher until the expiry date.

  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
