To get started with the Evryday Box, simply visit our website and place your order. During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to specify your sizing information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a one-time delivery of carefully curated, handpicked lingerie designed to empower you. If you love the experience, feel free to order another once-off box as many times as you like!
Can I customise my bra and undies/bottom size?
Yes, you can customise your size by indicating your preferred top and bottom size when you order, to ensure you receive lingerie items you are comfortable in and love.
What types of lingerie items can I expect in my box?
Our boxes typically include but are not limited to a variety of lingerie items such as bras, garter belts, panties, bodysuits, and more. Each box is curated with high-quality and stylish lingerie to make you feel good. We even include a small gift from time to time.

What fabrics can I expect?
While we strive to offer diverse lingerie sets, the majority will consist of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. These materials may vary from time to time.

What is the Evryday subscription box?
Our lingerie subscription box offers a convenient way to regularly receive a curated selection of lingerie delivered to your doorstep. Each subscription delivers a thoughtfully curated collection of lingerie, tailored with the vision of celebrating self love.
How does the subscription process work?
To subscribe, simply choose the three-month Evryday box. Then, provide your sizing information. Once subscribed, you'll receive a delivery of beautiful, handpicked lingerie each month, to empower you.

Shipping & delivery details
I need to update my shipping address. How can I do this?
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@evryday.co.za. While we'll do our best to accommodate address updates, please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Our services are currently limited to shipping within South Africa.
How do you ensure privacy and discretion with deliveries?
We prioritise the privacy and discretion of our customers. All Evryday boxes are shipped in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents inside the box.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential shipping delays. Typically, orders are delivered within the first week of every month, but please allow for additional time during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the courier guy directly or email hello@evryday.co.za with your order details. We'll investigate the status of your delivery and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or if there's an error with the items received, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@evryday.co.za. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct items or a replacement as soon as possible.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or household members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. If you're unable to locate the package, please contact our customer service team for further assistance hello@evryday.co.za.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policies
Our Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or refunded unless there is a defect in the set. This policy applies to all transactions, including recurring subscription charges.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your lingerie experience. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your items to let us know your reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your items and process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned items
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Are there any items that are non-refundable?
Due to hygiene considerations, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for panties. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for lingerie items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
What is the bra exchange policy?
If your bra size is incorrect, or if the lingerie has been damaged, we will exchange it for a new one. Simply follow our exchange process below to receive the correct size or replacement.
What is the panties exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not exchange panties for a new size. However, if the panties are damaged, we can replace the item with the same size, once we have received the item for inspection. Simply follow our exchange process to receive a replacement.

Provide Details: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
Exchange Approval: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the exchange is approved.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method for the safe return of the item(s).
Receive Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange.
Shipping of Exchange: We will ship the exchanged item(s) to your designated address. Please note that shipping fees for the exchanged item(s) will apply.
